Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cottage cheese (small curds)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained, chilled
1 small can pineapple, chilled
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1/4 c. coconut
1 large carton whipped topping or Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese, mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Sprinkle dry orange gelatin over cottage cheese mixture.
Stir and let set five minutes.
Fold in coconut and add whipped topping.
Chill until ready to serve.
