Tropical Storm - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
    2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 banana (optional)
    2 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    In a blender container, combine the pineapple juice concentrate, water, milk, yogurt, sugar, vanilla and, if desired, banana.
    Blend until smooth.
    With blender running, add ice cubes slowly through the opening in the lid and blend until slushy.
    Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple chunks, if desired.
    Makes 6 (4 ounce) servings.
