Simply Delicious Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-5 lb roast or brisket
1 or 2 packets onion soup mix
5 or 10 oz hot water
Preparation

Mix onion soup mix with appropriate amount of hot water. Place roast in pan and pour onion soup and water mixture over roast leaving onion bits on top of roast.
Cover pan with foil. Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound of meat.
The au jus can be mixed with corn starch to make a great gravy.
