Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. diced onion
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. cashews, broken
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and separate into bite-sized pieces.
    Add onions and celery; simmer until tender.
    Combine ground beef, onions and celery with remaining ingredients.
    Bake in well-greased dish, 17 x 9 1/4-inch at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
