Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frozen stew meat
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    11 oz. can tomato juice
    2 to 3 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place everything in a casserole dish and cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
