Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. carrots, grated
    3 1/2 oz. Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs until light. Add salad oil and mix in buttermilk, sugar and vanilla. Add pineapple, carrots, coconut, nuts and dry ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13-inch well-greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
