Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large can sauerkraut
    3 to 4 apples
    3 to 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork
    chops
    in
    skillet.
    Place in casserole and cover with
    sauerkraut.
    Add
    apples which have been pared and sliced. Sprinkle with
    brown sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
