Cheddar Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and press out water. Combine flour and baking powder; add eggs. Mix, then add melted butter and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. When cool, cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
