Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. 40% bran flakes
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. soda in 1 c. hot water
1 c. All Bran
1/2 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0 in muffin tins. Mixed batter will keep up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
Recipe can be doubled.
