Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced onion
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1 c. granulated sugar
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
Preparation

In large bowl, combine sauerkraut, green pepper, celery, onion, carrot, sugar, corn, oil, vinegar, salt and pimentos.
Mix lightly.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
