Pork Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. vinegar
16 cloves
1 c. Lea & Perrins
10 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1 lemon, quartered
4 or 5 garlic buttons
4 Tbsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 medium onion, quartered
1 tsp. rosemary
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients about 15 minutes and strain.
Cook 20 pounds of pork loin ribs over charcoal pit.
Baste and turn every few minutes.
Takes 2 to 3 hours.
Ribs should be dark and crusty on outside.
Taste to check if done.
May also be used on pork shoulders.
