Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. onions
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 chopped cheese
1 large can tomato paste
2 boxes corn bread muffin mix
Preparation

Cook hamburger meat until well done.
Drain off grease.
(In another pan, cook onions and bell pepper.)
When done, mix salt, pepper, cheese, flour and tomato paste.
After you have all this mixed, put in a long dish, mix corn.
Mix together and spread on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
