Swiss Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 pkg. savoy steaks
    1 large can whole tomatoes, cut up
    1 large bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cut steaks into serving sizes, flour and brown.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Add tomatoes and juice.
    Add bell pepper, if desired.
    Cook, uncovered, at 250\u00b0 until meat is very tender, about 45 minutes, the longer it is cooked the better.
