Ingredients

2 egg yolks
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix granulated sugar and flour.
Beat egg yolks, milk, vanilla and butter; mix with sugar and flour.
Cook double boiler style until thick.
Add coconut and pour into 9-inch pie shell.
