Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pecan halves
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 large egg white
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. red hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    On large baking sheet, stir together pecans and butter.
    Bake pecans for 5 to 10 minutes or lightly browned.
    Cool pecans on baking sheet for a few minutes.
