Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork shoulder, ground twice
    1/2 lb. steak, ground twice
    1 medium mashed potato or can use 1 slice torn up bread
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    few grains allspice
    a little milk (just enough to make soft to handle)
Preparation
    Form meat balls; fry in butter.
    Serve in pretty casserole dish.
