Ingredients

1 pizza shell
1/2 c. asparagus, cut in bite-size pieces
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 lb. raw scallops
1/4 lb. seafood flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
4 oz. shredded mild Cheddar
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Saute 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, shrimp and scallops until almost done.
Do not overcook!
Drain off juice. Spread 1/2 tablespoon oil over pie crust.
Add shrimp, scallops and garlic and spread over pie crust evenly.
Spread seafood flakes evenly.
Add 1/2 of both shredded cheeses.
Spread asparagus evenly and add rest of shredded cheeses.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over top and bake until crust and cheese get slightly brown, 8 to 10 minutes approximately.
