Minestrone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped finely
1 clove garlic
3 carrots, sliced
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 qt. water
2 zucchini, sliced
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 can bean/bacon soup
1/4 c. spaghetti, cut
Preparation

Saute onion, garlic, carrots and celery in oil until brown. Add water; simmer 15 minutes.
Add everything else, except spaghetti.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add spaghetti and cook 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Can be frozen for later use.
