Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. peeled, ground, drained small, raw zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs fluffy; add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir in rest.
    Bake in two greased loaf pans for one hour at 320\u00b0 or two 8 x 2-inch square pans.
    I use a 13 x 9-inch pan, but time may not be the same.
    Cool and frost.
