Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pt. corn
    4 peppers
    4 little onions
    1 bunch celery
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt (scant)
    1 tsp. mustard
    3 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Chop vegetables the desired size and cook each separately. Cook until tender, not soft.
    Drain cooked vegetables and mix together.
    Combine sugar, salt, mustard, water and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil and add to vegetable mixture.
    Put in jars and cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
