Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in glass bowl.
    Cook on High for 8 minutes, stirring once after 4 minutes.
    Add margarine and vanilla; mix well.
    Cook on High another 2 minutes.
    Remove bowl from microwave.
    Add the baking soda.
    Stir quickly; pour onto cookie sheet or aluminum pie pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Let cool.
    Pop out of pan; break into pieces.
