Strips Of Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) round steak
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips; brown in shortening in skillet.
    Add onions; cook until lightly brown.
    Stir in flour, 1 cup water and remaining ingredients except mushrooms and sour cream.
    Cover; simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add mushrooms and sour cream; simmer for 5 minutes longer.
    Spoon beef mixture into casserole.
