Garbanzo Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice (depends on tartness)
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
finely chopped parsley for garnish
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Place garbanzos, lemon juice, garlic, salt and water in blender or processor.
Puree or blend well.
Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle olive oil over the top.
Serve as an appetizer with chips or pita bread.
