Kielbasa And Tomato Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cubed kielbasa
3 eggs (omit yolks for cholesterol free diets)
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1/2 large tomato, cut into cubes
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
Preparation

In medium saucepan, cook fresh tomatoes.
While simmering, add tomato sauce and continue to simmer.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In small frypan, fry kielbasa.
When cooked, add to sauce; set aside.
Scramble eggs.
In a large frypan, cook eggs in omelette shape.
When done, put filling in middle.
Add 1/2 of cheese.
Fold over and put remaining cheese on top.
