Lemon Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped green onions with tops
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    sliced almonds
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter until tender and clear.
    Toss gently with rice.
    Add the lemon peel, the juice of one lemon, salt and pepper.
    Heat thoroughly over low heat or in microwave.
    Sprinkle top with almonds and serve.
    Good with chicken or seafood.
