No Cholesterol Egg Substitute(Equals 2 Whole Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk solids
    1 tsp. vegetable oil (safflower or canola oil is recommended)
    dash of salt
    food coloring (1 drop yellow - 2 specks on tine of fork)
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together and use in recipes calling for whole eggs.
    This is delicious alternative for those on cholesterol restricted diets.
    It contains no cholesterol, reduced fat and calories and more protein than 2 whole eggs.
