Chicken In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced canned mushrooms
1/4 tsp. savory *
1/4 rosemary
1/4 thyme
1/2 c. Gallo sherry
1/4 c. white wine (Sauterne)
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. white pepper

Preparation

*If you don't have savory, you can substitute with 1/8 teaspoon sage.
