Overnight Biuivch Casserole - cooking recipe

8 or 10 slices bread, cubed
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Place bread cubes in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
Crumble bacon over cheese. Sprinkle chilies over bacon.
Beat eggs, add milk, mustard, soup and broth; mix well.
Pour this over bread, cheese and bacon mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until set.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
