Beef 'N Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In frying pan, brown beef and onion; drain.
    Add tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt.
    Simmer while preparing dough. Separate dough into 10 biscuits, pulling each into 2 layers. Press 10 layers into bottom of ungreased 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.
    Combine 1/2 Cheddar cheese with sour cream and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add to meat mixture.
    Pour over dough in square pan.
    Place remaining layers of dough on top.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
