Town House Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts, deboned and cut into bite size pieces
    8 oz. fat-free sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (light)
    1 tube Town House crackers (light)
    1 stick light butter
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Spray dish with Pam.
    Place chicken in bottom of dish.
    Mix sour cream and soup together.
    Pour over chicken. Crush crackers. Sprinkle over mixture.
    Melt butter and drizzle over crackers. Top with poppy seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until casserole bubbles.
