Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 tsp. shortening
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Clean and prick potatoes several times; rub shortening over potatoes and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cut potato in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out inside, leaving a thin coating of potato.
