Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    12 oz. pkg. sour cream
    grated Cheddar cheese
    diced black olives
    diced tomatoes
    avocado, ground beef, jalapenos and green onions (optional)
Preparation
    On 12-inch round platter, mix 2 cans of refried beans with onion.
    Spread over platter.
    Spread sour cream over beans. Grate Cheddar cheese, enough to cover sour cream.
    Layer tomatoes, then black olives.
    Chill overnight.
    (Optional: Slice avocado on top of olives.
    Brown ground beef and put between refried beans and sour cream.
    Top with jalapenos and sliced green onions.)
