Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. celery
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 pie shells
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (if needed)
Preparation
    Saute seasoning in margarine.
    Add milk, soup and crawfish. Simmer 20 minutes. Add cornstarch, if needed for thickening.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Place other shell on top.
    Press edges together. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
