Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. onion
    2 pimentos, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water in saucepan for 20 minutes or until tender.
    Chill.
    Remove skins and dice potatoes into a large bowl.
    Stir in celery, onion, pimento and green pepper.
    Combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in small bowl.
    Stir lightly into vegetables.
    Blend salad.
    Tastes best when chilled to blend flavors.
