Green Chile Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 doz. tortillas
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can pimentos
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1 can green chiles
    1 oz. can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Combine soup and Velveeta on low heat.
    Add chiles and pimentos.
    Put onion and Longhorn cheese with hamburger.
    Soften tortillas and roll up.
    Pour soup mixture over the top of enchiladas.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
