Monster Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, soft
1 c. sugar
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 c. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. corn syrup
4 1/2 c. regular oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. M&M's
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream butter; add sugars, eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and corn syrup.
Beat well.
Add oats, soda and salt.
Beat well. Stir in remainder of ingredients.
Batter will be thick.
Roll and drop 4-inches apart on greased cookie sheet, lightly pressed into Monster Cookies.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cook until center of cookie is soft.
Let cool slightly on cookie sheet, remove and cool completely on a rack.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
