Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 to 3 bananas, mashed
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients by hand, except bananas and nuts. Stir in bananas and nuts. Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Check cake at 45 minutes.
