Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. or more sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine egg, salt and milk.
    Add 1 cup flour or enough to make dough stiff.
    Roll very thin on floured surface and let stand 20 minutes.
    Roll up loosely and slice 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread out and let dry 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling soup or salted water and cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 cups cooked noodles.
