Chunky Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 (14 1/2 oz. size) cans Mexican style tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. raw long grain rice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Stir in all the other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes, until rice is cooked.
