Escalloped Broccoli And Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
    1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
    1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (8 crackers)
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all 8 items in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle top with
    buttered
    Ritz
    cracker crumbs (16 crackers).
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
