Cinnamon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf sliced white bread
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon/sugar mixture
Preparation
    Trim crusts and flatten bread with a rolling pin.
    Cream egg yolks, cream cheese and sugar.
    Spread generously on each slice of bread and roll up.
    Brush rolls with melted butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture, coating well.
    Freeze.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not thaw before baking.
