Irish Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 lb. 10x sugar
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. coconut
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Gradually add coconut and blend well, then gradually add sugar and mix completely.
    Roll into balls and coat with cinnamon.
    Place in refrigerator until firm.
