Peanut Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pinto beans, cooked and mashed
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanuts
Preparation

Mash cooked beans.
Combine sugar, salt and flour.
Add beaten eggs and milk.
Add oleo, vanilla, coconut and peanuts. Pour
into unbaked
9-inch
pie
shell.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
