Basic Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 eggs (room temperature)
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar, salt and butter.
    Cool to lukewarm.
