Crepes With Ham(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 large eggs plus 1 extra egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. melted butter or you can use your favorite shortening (for baking the crepes)
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt and place in a blender.
    Add eggs.
    Use the blender at low speed and add butter and milk, beating until the batter is the consistency of thick cream.
    Let batter stand for 1 hour before baking.
