Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    12 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Add next 4 ingredients and mix. Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
