Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Dip chicken in buttermilk.
    Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, paprika and black pepper in brown paper bag.
    Put chicken in bag and shake to coat.
    Do this 1 hour ahead of cooking time for coating to set.
    Heat oil and fry 30 or 40 minutes until done. Handle chicken as little as possible while frying.
