Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 or 4 bananas
    1 c. ground pecans
Preparation
    Measure and sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs and vanilla; stir until well mixed. Stir in mashed bananas.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Add nuts.
    Put in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or an 8-inch square pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
