Easy Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. celery salt or 1 celery stalk cut into small pieces
    dash paprika
    sprinkle parsley
    fresh black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ingredients until very tender.
    Melt 6 tbsp. butter in a large cooker, add 4 tbsp. flour, blend over low heat until bubbly. Stir in 2 c. of milk, add cooked potato mixture.
