Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. zucchini, grated and well drained
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
Stir in oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Then stir into egg mixture until well blended.
Stir in walnuts.
Spoon butter into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center springs back.
